Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools (including Content Crew) is owned by you, subject to any third-party rights in underlying materials. You are responsible for ensuring generated content does not infringe on others' rights.

7. Termination

Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to our Services or other users.

AI-generated content should be reviewed before publication. We are not responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, or legal compliance of content generated by our tools.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CiteDeck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
